Ibrahim is the founder of Ebonia Capital, an independent Corporate and Trade Finance Advisory firm, and previously spent 25 years in Corporate Banking, both in Mauritius and abroad. His former employers include HSBC, Standard Bank, and the Mauritius Commercial Bank, where he led client-facing teams and acquired experience in the areas of Corporate Finance, Trade Finance and Transactional Products, as well as AML-CFT. He has had the opportunity to hold senior roles both at country and regional levels.

Ibrahim holds a Masters in International Trade and Finance (Lancaster University, UK).
